APIDA 2014 AWARDS PRESENTATION GALA DINNER ON 24th NOVEMBER 2014

We cordially invite you to be one of the participants of Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards 2014 (APIDA) 2014 Awards Presentation Gala Dinner on 24 November 2014. It will be a grand occasion to gather nearly 400 participants, who are the fellows of the interior architecture and friends of design community as well as media from Hong Kong, the Mainland and other Asia Pacific regions, to witness the award winning moment of the 22^nd APIDA.

ADJUDICATION DAY OF APIDA 2014 IS COMPLETED ON 26th SEPTEMBER

We are glad to receive over 600 entries for the 22^nd APIDA from Asia Pacific region this year. Thank you very much for the kind support from all the entrants by submitting their design works to APIDA.

The local and international adjudication has been completed with the judging criteria of Originality and Innovation, Functionality, Space Planning and Aesthetics.

THE 25th ANNIVERSARY OF APSDA (15th - 19th SEPTEMBER 2014)

The Asia Pacific Space Designer’s Alliance (APSDA) is a gathering of design associations from all over the East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceania regions. HKIDA, as one of the members, was invited to attend the general assembly, congress and students workshops in Solo and Yogyakarta, Indonesia in September.

HKIDA Committee Members Antony Chan, Horace Pan and Wesley Liu formed a delegation and celebrated the 25th anniversary of APSDA. With the theme of “Mystical Design”, the delegations experienced both of the two cities’ beautiful panoramas, cultures, cities of Batiks with hundreds of temple around.

‘RECOVERY, RECREATING, RECULTIVATION - HOW SOCIETY TRENDS CHANGE THE BATHROOM’ - SEMINAR BY Mr. CHRISTIAN SIEGER

Recovery, Recreation and Recultivation are all around us in society. Have you noticed how these social trends are affecting the way we design?
